New office equipment and supplies - When purchasing a new piece of office equipment we endeavour to match as close as possible our on-line competitors.

Refurbished office equipment - This is the hardest area to price match, A refurbished product from Digital Office Solutions is a machine that we have rebuilt from the ground up, replacing any worn or modified parts. We fit new consumables ie drums, transfer belts and fuser units and they are sold with a years warranty. Other suppliers might just wipe them over with a damp cloth.

Compatible Toner - Our compatible toner’s price will not be the cheapest but it will be the most reliable, we spend months researching and testing products prior to sale, we therefore offer a “they mess up, we’ll cleanup” guarantee.

If a product turns out to be not suitable or unreliable we will replace it!

SERVICE

We do our up most to ensure your product runs as reliably as possible, we do not offer guaranteed response times but endeavour to respond as soon as possible, this can be 45 minutes (next call) for dire emergencies's or for routine maintenance we will schedule an appointment at time when our presence will cause the least disruption.
